Absolutely. StoreAlert supports fully customisable notification rules — you can combine triggers, conditions, and channels to match almost any workflow. If you are unsure how to configure something, drop us a message and we will walk you through it or set it up for you.
My use case isn't listed — can StoreAlert still help?
Most likely yes. We regularly work with merchants who have niche monitoring requirements. Send us a description of what you need and we will let you know if StoreAlert can cover it — or what it would take to make it work.
Do you offer a free plan?
Yes. StoreAlert has a free Starter plan that includes up to 10 active notifications and 500 emails per month — no credit card required. It is a great way to explore the app before committing to a paid tier.
I am having trouble installing the app — what should I do?
Start by making sure you are installing from the official Shopify App Store listing and that your Shopify account has the necessary permissions. If you still hit a wall, contact us with your store URL and a description of the issue and we will sort it out quickly.
Can I request a new notification channel?
Yes. We actively prioritise channel requests from merchants. Slack, Microsoft Teams, email, and SMS are live today. Google Chat is coming soon. If you need something not on that list — a webhook, a different chat tool, or something bespoke — reach out and we will assess it.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, StoreAlert includes a 7-day free trial so you can experience the full feature set before choosing a plan. No payment details are required to start the trial.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
You can change or cancel your plan at any time directly from the StoreAlert app inside your Shopify admin. There are no lock-in contracts. If you need help making a change, contact us and we will assist you immediately.
